About Me

I am a professionally qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of NLP, practicing in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.  More than this, I am hugely fortunate to have trained with Trevor Silvester of the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute whose exceptional training program and qualification process is one of the most thorough and well renowned in the country.

Graduation from the Quest Institute is achieved by completing the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), an examination which is the only externally validated Hypnotherapy qualification in the UK and conforms to the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy.

It was established by the NCH as a benchmark for training quality that the public could have confidence in, and to separate holders of it from the many Hypnotherapists who have only had a minimal amount of training. This means that I am able to work with the most cutting-edge and advanced use of Hypnotherapy available.

I have also completed specific training in Sports Mind Coaching, which is an approach that blends together approaches and techniques from a range of disciplines to suit each athlete’s unique needs.

I encounter many people in this field who make all sorts of general claims and guarantees. My approach is different and much more personal. I promise to use the best techniques available to help you make the changes you want, and to always treat you with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

I am based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, which is easily accessed from the surrounding areas of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.

So, if there is something troubling you, and you would like to know how my approach may help, please contact me for a free, no obligation telephone consultation.

As a Quest trained therapist, the standards I commit to adhere to can be found here http://www.questinstitute.co.uk/therapist-finder/standards/

As a member of the NCH I adhere to their strict code of ethics and am committed to continuing my professional development and to the highest standards of professional conduct. The NCH code of ethics can be viewed here http://www.hypnotherapists.org.uk/about-nch/code-of-ethics/

I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  The CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration with CNHC. The CNHC ‘quality mark' is being recognised as the hallmark of quality for the sector. This means that the general public, and those who commission the services of complementary healthcare practitioners, will be able to choose with confidence by looking for the CNHC quality mark.  The Department of Health recommends that, where CNHC registers the professional discipline in question, you consult with someone who is CNHC registered.
