Do you feel there is something holding you back from achieving what you want?  Even those of us who are completely confident in some situations, may still have an area of our lives where we lack the self confidence we would like to have. Issues of low confidence or self esteem can affect peoples’ lives in different ways – we are all individuals, so it follows that we all experience things in different ways. This is central to Cognitive Hypnotherapy; regardless of what label any individual might give to their problem, their experiences will be different….and I treat the person not the label. Its only after really getting to know how you experience your problem that I will design a treatment program specific to your needs.
 
By using Cognitive Hypnotherapy to work with the unconscious mind, we can uncover the negative patterns that lead to and maintain the problem, and work together to allow you to make the changes necessary to allow you to let go of the problem completely, and for good, and find your self confidence.  As well as working in trance (a completely natural state of focussed concentration which puts your unconscious mind in a more receptive position), you can also learn techniques that you can use for yourself to transform the unwanted feelings into something more positive and useful.  People are often surprised at the inner strengths and capabilities they have – things that have always been there, but just needing some help to find them and learn how to use them in a new way.
