Stop Smoking Programme

Are you ready to stop smoking completely and for good? My approach to helping you stop smoking includes helping you prepare in advance for a greater chance of success. 

Planning and being well prepared provides a greater opportunity for success with many things in life – and stopping smoking is no different. 
If you are really ready to stop, completely and for good, I can provide support to help you prepare in the period leading up to quitting, at the time of quitting, and in staying quit. 
Of course this change is for you to make and will still need your commitment and willpower, I can’t do it for you, but I can help you keep your strength and motivation going, as well as showing you how to cope with cravings. Many people find, with the right support, quitting is much easier than they once thought possible.
 Included in the Programme
  • Hints and tips to help you prepare in the week leading up to your quit date
  • MP3 recording for you to download and listen to every day through your preparation period
  • Attend a face to face 2 hour hypnotherapy session
 During our initial face to face session we’ll develop a set of tools for you to use to combat any cravings, explore and address any underlying emotional connections you might have to smoking and spend some time using hypnosis, or any other techniques that might be appropriate, to help strengthen your commitment and willpower and focus your mind on the positives ahead. We’ll schedule a follow up appointment for around a week later (which will also be after you have stopped smoking) to review progress, address any other areas you might want help with and to reinforce all the progress to date. Beyond that, many people find they don’t need further sessions and we’ll be led by you and whether you feel there are further issues to address.
Costs
The cost for the initial 2 hour session is £90 and is payable in advance in order to receive the preparation materials. All subsequent sessions are charged at the regular fee of £65, payable at the end of the session and generally last for 1 hour.
